Meet Stahr

When searching for a real estate agent, nothing is more important than finding an agent who will serve you and your needs. No agent understands this better than Philip Stahr. Professional, Honest, and Knowledgable Philip goes above and beyond to advocate for his clients. Primarily serving Denton County and the surrounding area, Philip has years of experience connecting clients to their dream homes, as well as a lifetime of area knowledge.

Born and raised in Corinth, Philip is a Texas Guy through and through. With his entrepreneurial spirit and sales drive, he knew early on real estate was his calling. He studied for and obtained his real estate license when he was eighteen years old and has built a thriving career ever since. In a world with so many predatory practices and unethical sales tactics, Philip understands that the last thing you need is another Agent who serves their needs first. From the start, he has built his business based on the foundations of integrity, honesty, and professionalism for his clients. This means that from the first meeting to well beyond the closing table, he keeps the lines of communication open with his clients, taking all of the ambiguity and guesswork out of the entire process. Philip prides himself on his in-depth knowledge of the local market and best real estate practices, as well as upholding the utmost ethical standards within the industry.

Whether he’s working with buyers, sellers, or investors, Philip takes a personalized approach when working with his clients. When working with buyers and investors, he utilizes his area expertise in order to educate his clients on the area’s local market trends. And when the time comes to place an offer, he uses his top-tier negotiation skills to secure his clients the best deal possible. When working with sellers, he creates a cutting-edge, individualized marketing plan for his clients, in order to secure top-dollar for their listings. Philip works with buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas Metropolitan Area at nearly every price point, with an emphasis on high-end sales. His geographical areas of expertise include Flower Mound, Southlake, Denton, Corinth, Lewisville, Argyle, Lantana, Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek, and Shady Shores.
